At Teeka’s Workshop, every piece is handcrafted and made to order, specifically for each customer. We do not work with stock or pre-made products — each item is individually produced once the order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy applies in the case of an error on our side during the production process, such as:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect model produced
- Errors in the agreed specifications
In these cases, we will take full responsibility and provide an appropriate solution, whether that means correction, replacement, or repair of the product.
